Register yourself→ All patients must be registered in the Patient Registration application before care is rendered, with the exception of emergency services. On subsequent encounters, each patient's demographic and third party information must be updated.
→ Upon completion of the registration process and/or check-in at the clinic, the patient will be directed to the Patient Registration area for the establishment of the Medical Record.
→ Patient registration staff will thoroughly scan the database to search for an exiting file to avoid duplication of the medical record file.
→ The patient will be added to the database .
→ A new medical record number will be assigned . if no existing file is found. This number is used to identify the patient's record and all material filed therein.

Clinical & Emergency Care
Medsol Hospital is equipped with 8 ambulatory beds exclusively for managing emergency situations, including Critical Care Ward, General surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dialysis, for treating multi system disease round the clock. We plan to upgrade shortly, in a phased manner upto 200 beds for managing emergency situations, including Coronary Care, Brain Injury and Critical Care Ward for treating multi system disease and multi organ failure patients with emphasis on managing poly-trauma victims (patients having head injury, chest injury, abdomen injury and limb injury, all at the same time) round the clock.
Medsol Hospital is also equipped with 61 in-patient beds,5 ICU beds, 6 State-of-the-art operation theaters, X-Ray and Radiology, Ultrasound Centre, CT Scan, MRI Centre, Diagnostic laboratories and availability of specialized services of General Surgeons, Accident/Trauma and emergency services.
